The 1330 Korea Travel Hotline now offers live chat services on the VisitKorea website and mobile application for travelers.
The service is available in English, Japanese, and Chinese (simplified and traditional), and can be accessed by clicking the live chat icon on the VisitKorea website or mobile application. The service can be used on Line, Facebook Messenger, and Korea Tourism Organization’s chat room.
Unlike the 1330 Korea Travel Hotline, users can receive images and URLs directly and the conversation does not have to be recorded separately. This service can also be of use to the deaf and hard of hearing.
