Title JDC, Seoul National University Hospital and Greenland Group of China Sign MOU for Jeju Healthcare Town

Sept 13, 2013

(Jeju=Yonhap News) JeonJihye = The Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC), Seoul National University Hospital and the Korean subsidiary of the Greenland Group signed an MOU for the introduction of the Jeju Healthcare Town medical facilities, at the Elite Building in Jeju Science Park, on the morning of the 13th September.

For this reason, the three parties will take part in the development of the medical facilities, such as a health examination center and special hospital in which the Greenland Group invests.

JDC expects that MOU will serve as the momentum required to accelerate the introduction of the major medical facilities within the Healthcare Town.

Jeju Healthcare Town, one of the core parts of the Jeju Free International City Project, is a residential medical complex that will provide medical services and allow for sightseeing at the same time.

The medical and leisure complex will have a medical complex providing state-of-the-art medical services and a medical research complex, including a medical research and development center and anti-aging center, built on a 1,539,000 square meter site in Seogwipo-si (Donghong-dong and Topyeong-dong).
