Extended Stay Accommodation in Seoul
A serviced residence combines the characteristics of a hotel and an apartment. It is often referred to as a ‘residence hotel’. Offering guests the independence of an apartment, with the comfort and convenience of a hotel, these serviced residences can really become a home from home, and consequently are very popular among visitors who need to stay in Korea for extended periods of time. One or two-day short-term stays are also possible at these residences.

Serviced residences are divided into three to four areas that include a sleeping space, office space, and kitchen. They generally provide a fitness center, restaurants, lobby, internet, and other convenience facilities. Also, residence hotels provide 24-hr surveillance to ensure their guest’s security.

Residences usually offer cooking and laundry facilities. If there are no washing machines in rooms, then separate laundry services are made available. Some residences also organize leisure activities for their guests so they can meet new people. Seoul offers a wide variety of residences, from affordably priced to high-class residences.   Residences in Insadong and Jongno
The Insa-dong and Jongno area is generally regarded as the historical and cultural center of Seoul, and provides easy access to a number of tourist attractions. Many government offices and headquarters of large business corporations are also located in this area.
