| Namwon Recreational Forest (남원자연휴양림) is located at the base of Chonbuk Namwon <Cheonhwangsan Mountain>. Since there are over 3558300ft²of Korean pine trees that are about twenty to thirty years old, one will breathe the pure, fresh air while following the 4km mountain path. Within this recreation forest there are promenades, a swimming pool, ancient traditional sweating rooms, sport massage rooms, a golf range, restaurants, traditional teahouses, and other subsidiary facilities such as lodging condos. | * From Seoul Central City Terminal take the Namwon-bound bus departing roughly every hour between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. The journey takes about 3 hours 40 minutes.
* From Namwon Express Bus Terminal take bus number 321 or 322 and get off at Dotong Community Center (도통주민센터). Then transfer to any bus in the 170's (170,171,172 etc...) and get off at the Galchi (갈치) stop. |
