The modern, energetic restaurant is over 100 pyeong while the 30-pyeong open-kitchen allows guests to see the busily working chefs. However, Bruschetta Pix Caffe stresses genuine Italian food so the steaks, pasta, pizzas, and coffee all embody the taste of Italy. For this purpose, all ingredients are directly imported from Italy and only the freshest vegetables are used in carefully cooking the cuisine, reviving its natural tastes. In order to make truly delicious pasta, Bruschetta Pix Caffe uses only the highest grade noodles of Dececco, great tasting noodles that stay chewy until the end. Popular favorites of the restaurant are the seafood pastas and the Alfredo sauce pastas.
