|Sodamwon refers to a house where people can gather in a circle and engage in lively conversation. It was owned by a person who served as Jeollabuk-do's superintendant of education. Members of the Won Buddhism sect collected donations to build this house, and used it for educational purposes. Currently it is used for hanok stay with the intention of sharing the house with as many people as possible.|

|From Jeonju Bus Terminal, cross the road and go 100m
Take Bus 5-1 to Jeongdong Catholic Church/Hanok Village (전동성당, 한옥마을) Bus Stop.
Turn right, and go 100m forward.
Turn left, and go 360m towards Jeonju Hanok Village (전주한옥마을).
Turn right at Taejo-ro Street (태조로), and go 170m forward to arrive at Sodamwon.
