| Located in Gyedong-gil in Jongno-gu, Seoul, Doo Guesthouse offers a place to experience hanok stay, as the name Doo means "stay."
While the exterior of the house retains the traditional hanok style, the rooms are equipped with heated flooring and air-conditioning. The doors have two layers to keep the heat inside the rooms and provide better sound proofing. The modern bathroom and kitchen facilities add to a comfortable and pleasant environment. Guests can even fix themselves simple meals in the kitchen. The hanok features a spacious square-shaped courtyard and a beautiful garden, and the stand-alone housing units are available for individuals, friends or families. Free internet service and various tourist maps are also available. Staff members who speak foreign languages are available to assist foreign guests. |
