Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) is the National Tourism Organization of the Republic of Korea, with offices located worldwide to promote and boost tourism to Korea, so as to make it one of the top destinations in the world.
The KTO Singapore Office is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individual for the following position:
Korea Tourism Organization Administrative Officer.
1-year contract (including 2-months probation) | S$2,700~S$2,900 (commensurate with experience)
As a Korea Tourism Organization Administrative Officer, Your key responsibilities on the job include :
Management, Assistance and Overseeing of Korea Plaza
Planning of monthly shift roster, Korea Plaza e-newsletter, weekly report etc.
Any ad hoc activities in relation to Korea Plaza
Assist Manager in Human Resource and other administrative matters (billing, mailing, etc.)
Research information with regards to Singapore
Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and events etc.
Provide assistance and promotion with regards to education travel
Monitor updates with regards to education travel guidelines by local government Ministries and travel agencies etc.
Assist in marketing and/or MICE events
Working hours : Weekdays 10am ~ 7pm, Saturdays 10am ~ 1pm (1~2 times a month)
Applicants should possess at least the following requirements:
Diploma in tourism or any related fields
Experience in administrative field would be added advantage
Excellent written and spoken English language
Basic skill in conversational and written Korean would be an added advantage
Service-oriented, quick learner, team player, IT-savvy
Knowledge of Free & Independent Travel in Korea would be an added advantage
Able to commence employment in February 2019
Recontract opportunities are available based on assessment after 1 year.
