[Korea] Enjoy trips around Korea with these shuttle buses!

Photo credit: Dongbo Travel (Top left)

For a more convenient bus trip to some of Korea’s most beautiful tourist attractions, several shuttle bus services are up and running, including the Seoul and Jeonju Shuttle Bus (Free), K-Shuttle, Seoul and Namiseom Island Shuttle Bus, and the Seoul and Gangwon-do Local Festivals Shuttle Bus (Free).

The free Seoul-Jeonju Shuttle Bus, exclusively operated for international visitors, will take passengers to the famous Jeonju Hanok Village [Slow City] and Gyeonggijeon Shrine, as well as exciting event venues during Jeollabuk-do’s local festival periods when the shuttle bus will add special routes.

K-Shuttle allows customers to choose their desired course, dates and schedules for a more convenient way of exploring Korea. The tour courses range from 1-night/2-day trips to 4-night/5-day trips, and operate to Korea’s western, southern and eastern regions or even across the whole peninsula.

For fans of K-dramas, the Seoul and Namiseom Island Shuttle Bus will have an extra appeal since the stop is Namiseom Island, whose renowned Metasequoia Road was featured in “Winter Sonata.” Petite France, where “My Love From the Star” was filmed, is located nearby as well, offering more to see and experience in the region.

Shuttle buses running between Seoul and Gangwon-do’s local festivals are operated on a seasonal basis depending on the special events that the region is hosting. Anticipated Gangwon-do festivals in 2014 include the Yanggu Gomchwi Festival, 2014 Gangneung Danoje Festival and many more.
