A theater dedicated to Nanta, one of Korea’s best non-verbal performances, opened in Chungjeongno, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul on February 1.
The new location is a departure from the Gangbuk Jeongdong Nanta Theatre that had long played Nanta until January 23 this year. The new theater can accommodate up to 540 people and is located close to Chungjeongno station on the Seoul Subway Line 2 and 5.
The Gangbuk Jeongdong Nanta Theatre will show the Nanta producer Song Seung Hwan’s new musical “Wedding” starting March 19.
