A series of cultural events are set to run at Mangsang Beach in Gangwon-do Donghae-si throughout the months of July and August.
The series highlights include hands-on experience programs for making hangwa (traditional sweets & cookies), organic soap, and pottery at the nearby Mangsang Auto Camping Resort, as well as the Donghae Horizon Festival on Mangsang Beach. The festival, scheduled for August 1st through 8th, will hold rice cake cooking classes, hanbok (traditional clothes) experience programs, and traditional music performances.
