Known for its makguksu (Chuncheon-style noodles with hot sauce and vegetables), this restaurant also serves up a delectable dish of duck meat cooked with pine needles. A slightly bitter, but refreshing dish, the duck is also cooked with 10 different kinds of Chinese herbs. The dish’s signature pine needles and sesame oil are brought in directly from Jeolla-do Province.
