"Seoul Convention Card", "Seoul Visitor's Guide Book" will be given to the convention delegates.
※ Convention Card can be used for the public transportation, purchase goods and receive a
favor of some famed tourist spots in Seoul at a discount price.
Provide core and unbiased information of Seoul, Korea, convention facilities, convention
services, pre/post tour programmes and social functions which gathered by Seoul Convention
& Visitors Bureau in collaboration with related organizations.
Special letter of welcome from Mayor of Seoul, Chairman of Seoul CVB and related
government bodies will be offered to host conventions. In some occasions Mayor of Seoul
will make a speech for the convention.
Host site inspection tours for organizing committees, arrange volunteers specialized in foreign
languages for conventions. Seoul CVB will assist meeting planners in all areas of meeting
preparation and proceeding with pleasure.
