Orientation Trip: The KTO regularly invites meeting organizers on trips to Korea in order to
better familiarize them with our destination and offerings.

Site Inspection: The KTO provides airline tickets, accommodation, guides, transportation,
meals, and so forth for site inspection trips to Korea for those who have confirmed or are
strongly considering a meeting in Korea.

Financial Support: The KTO provides financial support to organizers in planning their events.
Financial incentives are given to help cover costs for:

Production of souvenirs, conference bags or any promotional items given to delegates

Production of materials needed for the meeting like brochures, leaflets, etc.

Traditional Korean performances for the welcoming dinner, farewell dinner, opening or closing
ceremony

Pre- and post-conference tours

*The KTO can help organize special discount tours to Mt. Geumgangsan in North Korea.

Non-financial support regarding visas, custom clearances, etc. is given through the collaboration
of relevant government bodies.
