Among people living in this stressful contemporary society, “therapy” is an occurring term. There are numerous types of therapy including aromatherapy, music therapy, color therapy, and detox therapy. Among them, “tea therapy” is probably the easiest to come by in your daily life. A cup of tea in your busy life means a rest. If you struggle with chronic fatigue and stress, you are encouraged to drink tea, which is good for health, rather than coffee. Tea therapy is a healthcare method that helps you restore your health by drinking healthy tea and taking an advantage of its nutrients. It can not only keep your body hydrated and nourished but also help you find peace of mind. Tea Therapy is a place of relaxation achieved by tea, founded by Professor Lee Sangjae at School of Korean Medicine, Pusan National University. By running a Korean medicine clinic and a café in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul, he came up with a new concept of herbal tea. He sampled all the medicinal herbs used at the Korean medicine clinic and carefully selected the ones with excellent flavors and notes. He created Tea Therapy to promote the excellence of tea that contains both delicious and heathy ingredients. If you live in this contemporary society, you must have experienced the symptoms such as insomnia, indigestion, and headache at least once in your life. These symptoms are not severe enough to see a doctor but make your day difficult. They occur not because you are sick but because you are stressed, you have worked too much, or your body is off balance. It is a cup of tea that can treat such light symptoms.

Delicious Tea That Can Change Your Perception of It as “Something Bitter”

When you think of medicinal tea, you might assume that tea would taste bitter. Medicinal tea would probably remind you of a thick, bitter herbal concoction. However, Tea Therapy is proud to offer a wide range of medicinal tea that can be easily served in three minutes just like delicious herbal tea from other countries. The key to removing bitterness from medicinal tea is the tea serving method.
