  • Information
Cappadocia opened in January of 2006 and to this day has been serving traditional Turkish cuisine. Turkish food holds a diverse history and culture with food that is rated one of the best in the world, along with China and France. One of the restaurant's most popular menu items is a Korean fusion, Kimchi Kebap. Why do they call Korea and Turkey brother countries? Korea and Turkey were an allied force during the Korean War, and both participated in the 2002 World Cup. Cappadocia works to become a "Little Turkey" in Korea. Not only does Cappadocia serve great Turkish food, but it also offers books and visuals to help customers understand Turkish culture.
