    Budaejjigae, one of the most popular dishes in Korea, is a spicy stew of ham, sausage, tofu, and fresh vegetables that is cooked and served in a big pot at the center of the table. Almost synonymous with this popular dish is ‘Nolbu Budaejjigae,’ a leading Budaejjigae franchise restaurant with more than 270 locations nationwide.

    The main dish of the restaurant is also called ‘Nolbu Budaejjigae’ and is a savory meal with generous amounts of broth, fresh vegetables, tofu, macaroni pasta, sausage, and ham. Cheolpan-gui dishes (grilled meat/seafood & vegetables on an iron plate) menu include Kimchi Samgyeopsal Cheolpan-gui (grilled pork & kimchi), Jjukkumi Samgyeopsal Cheolpan-gui (grilled mini octopus, pork, and vegetables) and Dakgalbi Cheolpan-gui (grilled chicken and vegetables).
