Jeongseon is preparing a haunted cave event at Hwaamdonggul Cave from July 27 to August 10. Originally a gold mine used from 1922 to 1945, Hwaamdonggul Cave is currently a show cave open to the public. With the theme of “Meet the Dark World, a Summer Night’s Scare,” the event guarantees a horror adventure that is unlike any other. Participants must rely on their flashlight to find their way through the pitch black cave, where ghosts and monsters hide in the dark, waiting to jump out at any given moment.

There will be seven sessions per day from 19:00-22:00, with each session lasting one hour. Tickets cost 12,000 won for adults, 10,000 for teenagers, and 5,000 won for children; on-site ticketing will be available for international tourists.
