[Korea] Seoul’s Latest Attraction, Starfield Library in Starfield COEX Mall

Starfield COEX Mall’s newly opened Starfield Library is currently trending among tourists as the latest cultural attraction within Seoul.

With a spacious area of 2,800㎡, the two-story library is open to the public free of charge. The library consists of three 13 m tall giant bookshelves packed with approximately 50,000 books and magazines. The library boasts Korea’s largest collection of magazines of over 600 different titles, including the latest editions and international magazines. The up-to-date e-book system is especially popular among the visitors as well. In addition, the library offers a pleasing environment for visitors to relax or to enjoy reading with its stylish reading tables and chairs.

Not only does Starfield Library provide comfortable reading space to its visitors, but it also offers a variety of monthly cultural events and performances with different themes on a daily basis. This month’s daily themes consist of poetry on Mondays, travelling on Tuesdays, books on Wednesdays, art and books on Thursdays, special guest lecture on Fridays, children's entertainment on Saturdays and themed performances featuring special guests such as poets, pianists, travel experts, authors, and columnists on Sundays. Visitors are welcome to enjoy all events and performances free of charge.
