‘Easy Korean Cooking,’ a guidebook on how to make Korean food, is now available. The booklet is published by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) and is available in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, German and French.
The booklet contains recipes for 18 Korean dishes such as bibimbap and kimchi jjigae that are most preferred by foreigners. The easy-to-follow recipes are great for those who find themselves missing Korean food after their visit to Korea. The recipes also listed ingredients and spices that are generally easy to find. Even those who have no experience cooking Korean food can easily follow the steps with the help of the pictures provided.
Those residing in Korea can get a copy at one of the tourist information centers. An e-book version is also available on the e-book section of www.visitkorea.or.kr. Those using a mobile device can download the English version of the booklet by searching for K-Books on the Android app store.
