Seoul now provides a 24-hour medical information service to foreign residents and foreign tourists in Seoul through the Seoul Heath Call Center.

As part of the 119 Integrated Control Center, the Seoul Heath Call Center was set up last September by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in order to provide quick and convenient medical services to Seoul citizens. It aims to provide a one-stop medical assistance so callers can talk to a medical specialist or request for an ambulance dispatch just by dialing 119 (without area code) from their phone. Now, this service is available to foreigners in Seoul too.

From here on out, foreigners can get prompt emergency response by calling 119. Aside from providing professional medical consultation, the center also gives callers a list of hospitals that provide medical services to foreigners.
