[Korea] Catch Performances at the Korea In Motion Festival Sept. 1-30

Korea In Motion Festival 2013 is one of the top Korean performance and tourism festivals in the country. It will take place in various locations across Seoul during the month of September, with opening events to take place September 1.

Also called KOINMO, this cultural festival is now in its 8th year, and provides a unique opportunity for visitors to enjoy some of the most well-known shows in Korea with discounted ticket prices. This festival will feature top Korean non-verbal performances such as NANTA and Jump as well as 30 other performances including a range of musicals, plays and Korean traditional performances.

Tickets to see KOINMO performances are available at a 50% discounted price and rush tickets are able to be purchased at the ticket booth (English, Chinese, Japanese) located at T2 Madang on the main floor of Korea Tourism Organization building.

K-pop group MBLAQ, the honorary ambassadors of this year’s festival, are scheduled to perform at the festival’s opening event at outdoor venue Cheonggye Plaza on August 31. Advanced reservations are required to see the performance, which will be staged like a mini-concert, by emailing (applications must be received by August 28).
