Han Style, a traditional Korean culture experience program for foreigners, will be launched this coming August.

Han Style is a comprehensive program that lets foreigners experience traditional Korean culture and art. The program offers first hand experiences on Korean food (Hansik), Korean costume (Hanbok), Korean paper (Hanji), and traditional Korean performances. The three-hour program will be held three times a week (Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays) at the Korea House. The venue’s traditional architecture will definitely let the participants fully experience the traditional aspects of Korea.

The program is a great opportunity to experience not only traditional Korean food, clothes, and housing, but also Korean language and Korean music. The program fee is 30,000 won and reservations can be made in advance by phone.

*Bossam – a dish of cooked pork eaten with geotjeori (cabbage salad seasoned with garlic and chili powder or simply, unfermented kimchi)
