Gwanghwamun International Art Festival is taking place at the Sejong Center Art Gallery in Jongno-gu, Seoul-si from April 25 through May 27.
Marking its 9th year, this year’s festival, which is subtitled “Good Morning, Gwanghwamun”, has artworks from 500 domestic and international artists on display. Each work of art reflects the unique personal characteristics of the artist. Uniquely displayed artworks from different genres such as Asian paintings, Western paintings, engravings and sculptures, are bound to evoke curiosity among the visitors.
Moreover, pottery-making and other hands-on programs will take place at the Gwanghwamun Square. Admission to the exhibition is free.
