[Korea] Korean Folk Village to Hold New Year Celebration on February 2

In celebration of the Lunar New Year (February 10, 2013), Korean Folk Village in Gyeonggi-do Province will be hosting a series of special events on February 2nd through the 11th.

The events will feature traditional Seollal activities like giant kite flying and rice cake sharing, as well as folk cultural programs like talisman writing and folk paintings exhibition. There will also be music and dance shows featuring traditional dance and music, hip hop, and crossovers.

Admission to the Korean Folk Village is 15,000 won for adults, 12,000 won for teenagers, and 10,000 won for children. Visitors who wear hanbok (Korean traditional clothes) will receive a 50% discount on admission.
