‘The 38th Seoul Independent Film Festival’ kicks off on November 29th and lasts until December 7th at CGV Apgujeong and INDIESPACE in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
Celebrating the 38th year of the festival, 10 feature films and 39 short films will compete at this year’s festival. A notable addition this year is the “New Choice” category. The category is meant to provide an opportunity to view up-and-coming directors.
Programs include film screenings, seminars about independent movies, and conversations with international film directors and staff. Tickets for the opening film screening are 8,000 won and 6,000 won for other film screenings. Both online reservations and onsite purchases are available.
