In celebration of Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving Day), Korean Folk Village will present a wide range of events from September 22nd to October 3rd.
The Chuseok holiday events include Sesi-Pungsok (customs of agricultural communities) experience, songpyeon (Chuseok holiday rice cake) making, yutnori (board game played with four sticks), swing rides, and traditional music and dance performances.
Moreover, the regular performances, such as nongaknori (farmers’ percussion quartet), jultagi (tight-rope walking), and traditional wedding ceremony, will be held twice a day during the Chuseok Holiday Event period.
