Titled “Korean Family Foods,” the cookbook introduces recipes for 45 foods most commonly served at the Korean family table, including kimchi, gyeranmari (rolled omelets), jeyukbokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork). Instructions are written in both Korean and its foreign language translation so that the readers may also learn the Korean language while cooking. “Korean Family Foods” can be purchased at bookstores nationwide.
