Introduction

This hanok is located in the middle of Tohamsan Mountain, a 15-minute drive from Bomun Lake Resort. There are about 10 hanoks densely nestled together in this cozy rural village overlooking the East Sea. In spring, peach flowers, apricot flowers and azaleas come into full bloom. In autumn, the beautiful fall foliage creates a picturesque scenery. This hanok is a perfect place for a relaxing nature retreat. You can take a 30-minute stroll along the path that leads to Seokguram Grotto and enjoy the fresh air. You can also use fresh mountain water to make your own meals.

The hanok is located near many traditional and natural tourist attractions such as Bomun Lake Resort, World Culture Expo Park, Silla Arts and Science Museum, Folk Craft Village, Bulguksa Temple, Girimsa Temple, Gameunsa Temple Site, Underwater Tomb of King Munmu, Bonggil Beach, and Najeong Beach.

From Gyeongju Interciy Bus Termnal, take a bus bound for Gampo (감포) or Yangnam (양남).
Get off at Upum (우품) or Sangbeommaeul (상범마을 입구) and then walk backward.
Turn left at the sign that says Beomgok-ri Minbak Maeul (범곡리민박마을).
Follow the sign for 1km to arrive at the house.
