Haemieupseong Walled Town
Haemieupseong Walled Town is a landmark of Seosan and a fortress city that represents the Joseon dynasty. The town is larger than it looks and a great place to pass time. Within the city walls are a display of weapons from the Joseon period, folk town exhibition, and a small forest.
Founded in the early Joseon period, Ganworam Hermitage is connected to the mainland during low tide, but becomes an island during high tide. Despite its rather modest size, the hermitage is a popular tourist attraction among visitors who seek to witness this natural phenomenon.
